Frank J. Iadevaia

Frank J. Iadevaia, 63, passed away suddenly Saturday, April 30, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Donna M. (Gomes) Iadevaia and son of the late Joseph L. and Gloria E. (Colando) Iadevaia. Frank was employed as a dental lab technician for most of his life. He had started his career with his father at Iadevaia Dental. He later worked at Aspen Dental, Affordable Dental and most recently at Aristocrat Dental who he considered as family. Frank also worked as a chef for many years at various restaurants including the Governor Francis Inn. He enjoyed his time umpiring which he did for many years and was a proud member of the West Bay Umpire Association. Frank was also proud of his military service in the US Army and the time he spent stationed in Germany. Family was everything to him. He was a devoted husband, fiercely loyal to his sons, a loving son, brother and uncle. A friend to all and a member of the Moose Brothers with his childhood friends, Mark, Kip and the late Paul who he will now be joining. Besides his wife, he is survived by his two sons, Zachary J. “Bubba” and Alex J. “Bookie”; his brothers Joseph L. Jr (Sienna), Alfred J., Christopher J. and Anthony J. Iadevaia. He was the devoted uncle of Cheree, Anthony Jr, Dylan, Victoria and Joseph III. Frank also leaves his devoted dog, Bella.
A visitation will be held Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 12-2pm with a celebration of life at 2pm, followed by Military Honors in the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in memory of his father to ALS Association, 2374 Post Rd #300, Warwick RI 02889.
