Frederick P. Weiss, 64, a lifelong resident of Warwick, passed away on Thursday, Oct 28, 2021. Born in Providence, he was the son of Frederick A. and Dorothy R. Weiss. In his younger years, Fred studied at Boston University, University of California, Berkeley, and NYU Film School. He worked for many years at a construction company that fireproofed buildings; at times even driving as far as Maine to be on a job.
Fred enjoyed playing the guitar, valued a good book or film, and viewed the world through artistic eyes. He had a wonderful sense of humor, was a kind soul, and was willing to lend a hand if he was able.
In addition to his parents Frederick and Dorothy of Florida, he is survived by his sister, Virginia Coulter (Walter Heindel) of Pennsylvania, two nephews, and a niece.
