A lot was asked of Caroline Polo this past fall as she was elevated from doubles to singles. The move paid off, as she quickly became the team’s leader in singles wins and guided the Titans to the playoffs. She was later named to the Division III Second Team.

Mary McNulty is once again the Warwick Beacon’s girls volleyball player of the year. McNulty was named all-division and her play up front helped guide the Titans to the postseason.

Emma McIntyre was arguably the best freshman in the state and immediately became the Titans’ go-to scorer up front. The phenom finished the fall with a whopping 21 goals and helped the Titans reach the playoffs after moving up to Division II.

Brent Karpowich had a historic campaign for the Hawks, who took home their first title since 1996. Karpowich led the Hawks in scoring and was named the coaches association’s player of the year while also taking home all-state and all-division honors.

Carter Clifton made his return to the gridiron in a big way this past season. After missing 2023 due to a knee injury, Clifton returned in 2024 and was one of the top quarterbacks in the division, tossing 16 touchdowns and rushing for six more.

Keaney Bayha wrapped up one of the best cross country careers in state history by taking first in both the Class A Championship as well as the state title a week later, becoming Warwick’s first-ever public school champ.

Colby Flynn was key in the Hawks winning another state championship in November, as he raced to a third-place finish overall.
