INVITATION TO BID 22 Astral Ave, Warwick RI, replacement of seven (7) rooftop natural gas HVAC units with air exchange and UV technology.  Westbay is seeking sealed bids for replacement of HVAC rooftop units, located at Westbay’s Children, 22 Astral St, Warwick, RI.  A recommended pre-bid conference will be held WEDNESDAY, August 25, 2021 at         11:00 AM at Westbay Children’s Center located at 22 Astral St, Warwick, RI.  The project specifications can be obtained from Paul Salera via email at psalera@westbaycap.org – details will be provided at the pre-bid conference.

Bids must be received at 224 Buttonwoods Avenue Warwick, RI, 02886. Westbay Community Action Administration Office prior to 10:00 AM on WEDNESDAY, September 15, 2021, and will be publically opened that day at 10:00 AM.  Bids must be sealed and properly labeled.  Emailed, faxed, or unsealed bids will not be accepted.  Bids should be labeled:  Westbay Community Action Administration Office 224 Buttonwoods Avenue Warwick, RI 02886 – Westbay Community Action Children’s Center Project.

The contractor and subcontractors on this federally funded, commercial, prevailing wage project must comply with HUD contract provisions 2 CFR 200, the Davis Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 Requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents.
