A recommended pre-bid conference will be held WEDNESDAY, August 25, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Westbay Children’s Center located at 22 Astral St, Warwick, RI. Bids must be received at 224 Buttonwoods Avenue Warwick, RI, 02886. Westbay Community Action Administration Office prior to 10:00 AM on WEDNESDAY, September 15, 2021, and will be publically opened that day at 10:00 AM. Bids must be sealed and properly labeled. Emailed, faxed, or unsealed bids will not be accepted. The contractor and subcontractors on this federally funded, commercial, prevailing wage project must comply with HUD contract provisions 2 CFR 200, the Davis Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 Requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents.
