Invitation to Bid on Replacement of Heating Equipment project for House of Hope CDC (HOHCDC). HOHCDC is seeking bids for the project that consists of removal of existing heating equipment and installation of new high efficiency boilers and associated pumps, control systems, and piping at three locations within Warwick.

The project specifications as well as details on all bid submittal requirements will be available by emailing Taylor Ellis of HOHCDC at taylor@thehouseofhopecdc.org  Also email to request a site walk-through and for any questions on this bid.

Bids must be received at HOHCDC offices at 3188 Post Road Warwick RI 02886 by 1:00 PM on Thursday November 4th, 2021. Opening of bids will follow and bid results will be available by email if requested.

Bids must be sealed and properly labeled. Emailed, faxed or unsealed bids will not be accepted.  Bids are to be mailed or delivered to Taylor Ellis, House of Hope CDC, 3188 Post Road Warwick RI 02886 and labeled: Bid for HOHCDC Heating Equipment project.

This is a Federally Funded project. The contractor and subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 2 CFR 200, the Davis-Bacon Act, Non-Discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act, and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents. Contractor shall be paid for completion of the work in accordance with the contract documents and funding requirements from a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).

House of Hope CDC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in the bidding, and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom in their consideration offered the lowest and best proposal. Bidders must be properly certified under the laws governing their respective trades and be properly insured.
