J. Donald LeMay, 87, of Warwick, died on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Kent Hospital. He was the beloved husband of June I. (Foster) LeMay.
Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Joseph and Irene (Lajoie) LeMay. Donald was a graduate of Woonsocket High School and was an alumnus of the University of Rhode Island. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War and went on to work as a Sales Manager for the Lite Control Corporation in Hanson, MA.
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by his devoted son, Donald J. LeMay of Warwick. He was a brother to the late Roger LeMay and the late Constance Sarrasin.
His Committal Service will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. at the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, 301 S County Trail, Exeter. Relatives and friends are asked to meet at the Administrative Building of the cemetery at 11:15 a.m. Calling Hours are respectfully omitted. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home, 800 Greenwich Ave, Warwick.
