New England’s Favorite Fall Tradition is Back! Roger Williams Park Zoo’s Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular: Trivia – 2nd Edition, presented by Citizens, returns with a brand-new batch of brain busters; the answers are carved into the glow of the pumpkins along the trail. Pop culture, movie magic, sports stars and silly surprises; the trail is a playful path of puzzling fun for all ages.

RWP Zoo Members Preview Night on Thursday, Sept. 25 from 6:00–10:30 pm, members will be the first to walk the pumpkin trail and see thousands of hand-carved pumpkins glow at night—before the event opens to the public! We are offering a member-only price of just $14 for adults and kids, for this one night only, offer is not valid any other evening. You must purchase your discounted tickets in advance to attend this exclusive preview night. Children under 1 are free. (Reciprocal memberships are not included)
Adults Night Out on Nov. 2 is an adults-only evening giving grownups a chance to enjoy the trail at a relaxed pace, with no strollers in sight! It’s the last call for the Spectacular this year.
General Ticket Information:
All tickets are timed, only available online and must be purchased in advance. Tickets are available at www.rwpzoo.org/jols
• Prime Nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): Adult: $23 | Child (ages 2–12): $19 | Toddlers 1 and under: Free
• Value Nights (Monday through Thursday): Adult: $20 | Child (ages 2–12): $16 | Toddlers 1 and under: Free
• Member Discounts: Zoo members save $2 off adult tickets and $1 off child tickets every night. Tickets must be purchased online.
Special Nights:
• Family Fun Nights: Oct. 8 and 9, 6:00–8:00 pm. (*the line will shut down at 7:45 pm). Enjoy a meet-and-greet with costumed characters before starting on a pumpkin adventure. Included in the price of admission.
• Sensory-Friendly Nights: Oct. 22 and 23, 5–6 pm. Designed for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and sensory processing differences, this special night features 5,000 illuminated pumpkins without music or special effects. Discounted tickets for sensory-friendly nights are available for purchase in person only at the Zoo’s admissions booth.
Weather Policy: The Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular is open rain or shine. In the case of light to moderate rain, the event will continue as scheduled with no refunds or rescheduling. Please check the Zoo’s website or Facebook page for updates.
