Kathleen M. (Kelly) Roland, 53, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Kent Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Paul Roland.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late John and Mildred (Sherman) Kelly, Sr. Kathleen graduated from Pilgrim High School in 1986 and went on to college at CCRI. She attended the Meeting Street School and competed in the Special Olympics in 1976 for the Internationals. Kathleen worked in childcare for a long time and was an employee at Beautiful Beginnings. Kathleen loved to go horseback riding.
She was the beloved sister of Lt. John Kelly Jr., Beth Cabral and the late Charles Davis Jr; aunt of Stephanie Sheena, Charles “Chip” Davies, Adam J. Kelly, Joshua R. Kelly, Christopher Cabral and Eden Cabral.
A visitation will be held Thursday May 20, 2021 from 9-11 a.m. with a service to follow at 11 a.m. in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park. Information and condolences, visit theQuinnFuneralHome.Com.
