Laurence is survived by his loving companion Linda Greene.  He was the loving uncle of Lauren Buckley (Bill) and David Ghigliotty (Barbara); great uncle of Christopher Englehardt, Brian Buckley, Alexandra Buckley and Rachael Ghigliotty.  He was predeceased by his son Larny A. Banigan, and sister Clare Ghigliotty.  Laurence leaves behind his beloved cat Zorro who was never far from his side.

His burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
