Maureen E. Ginaitt was called home to the Lord on April 9, 2020 at Lifepath Hospice in Sun City Center, Florida. Maureen was the daughter of Hazel (Mowry) and Richard (Dick) Hart. Born in Providence, Rhode Island on May 25, 1941. She was the loving wife to Bernard G. Ginaitt for 53 years, and was the mother of Bernard A. Ginaitt of Valrico, FL.

Maureen graduated from St. Patrick’s High School in 1959 and went on to work in the telephone company for 9 years. She also worked at Sears for over 20 years before retiring in 2000 as a regional manager. During most of her life she lived in Warwick, RI, and upon retirement she moved to Valrico, FL in order to be closer to her son and granddaughters.

Maureen is survived by her husband Bernard Ginaitt, her son and daughter-in-law Bernie and Lisa Ginaitt, and her three grandchildren: Kennedy, Brooke and Sydney Ginaitt. Maureen is also survived by her stepbrother William Murray of Largo, FL, her brother Robert Hart of North Providence, RI, her other brother Jimmy Hart of Naples, FL, and her sister Karen Waters of Scituate, RI. Maureen was predeceased by siblings Patricia Hart of Scituate, RI and Richard Hart of Providence, RI.

Maureen will forever be remembered as a loving friend to all who knew her. Her memory will forever be immortalized, and her amazing presence will continue to live on in all of the people who had the joy of knowing her.

Maureen is buried at Hillsboro Cemetery at 2323 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon, FL 33511.
