NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO RELOCATE A BRANCH OFFICE

Notification is given that Citizens Bank, National Association, One Citizens Plaza, Providence, RI 02903, has filed an application with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on or about May 1, 2025, as specified in 12 CFR 5, for permission to relocate its existing staffed branch from 300 Quaker Lane, Suite 22, Warwick, RI 02886 to 989 Centerville Road, Unit C, Warwick, RI 02886.
