NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Police Department Community Room, 99 Veterans Memorial Drive, Warwick, RI.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Major Land Development Project for Preliminary Application decision. The Applicant is proposing to demolish the existing building and construct a new 5,500 SF +/- retail gas station / marketplace, with a drive thru window, TESLA charging stations and associated parking/ loading areas, on the subject parcel.
