Dry Dock Facilities Act, SHM Cowesett, LLC d/b/a Safe Harbor Cowesett Apponaug asserts liens on the following vessels, which will each be sold to the highest bidder at public sale on April 14, 2022, at the times listed below at 2 Shattock Ave., Warwick, RI 02886, and reserving right to credit-bid and/or bid at sale: 1977 32’ Pacemaker CHARISMA with HIN PAC32625M77F and last known owner(s) Guy J. Gagnon/Robert K. Ferra, Sr. at 11:00 am, lien on vessel of $3,904 plus collection costs; and 1988 32’ Wellcraft ADIAMO with HIN WELC4031K788 and last known owners Westboroug(h) Flea Market/August J. Hof at 11:15 am, lien on vessel of $3,904 plus collection costs. Each vessel sold where-is/as-is with all faults and without any express or implied warranties of any kind.
