DiPetrillo will be sold to highest bidder at public sale at 11:00 a.m. on Aug. 18, 2021, at SHM Greenwich Bay, LLC d/b/a Safe Harbor Greenwich Bay (“SHGB”), 252 Second Point Road, Warwick, RI 02889. SHGB asserts a lien on vessel of $8,463.89 plus collection costs and has right to credit-bid and/or bid at sale. Sold where-is/as-is with all faults and without any express/implied warranties of any kind. Vessel must be paid for in full in cash or certified funds at time of sale.
