Culinary program Chef Ray Depot at the Warwick Area Career and Technical Center splits jumbo shrimp after they have been deveined and shelled by students in preparation of one of the Christmas offerings the program is offering this season. In addition, a French meat pie, cookies and eggnog coffee cake, brownies and cinnamon rolls are on the menu. The full menu can be viewed on the center website and orders can be placed by calling the center at 734-3161. Orders are to be picked up at the Tides Restaurant at the center on Dec. 21 between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m.. Assisting with the shrimp are Lianis Garcia, Jayden Laracuente and Juilian Clark. And with Christmas cookies are Andrew Nong, Tyler Lowe, Kim Kellerman, Auston Van and Lisha Oakes. (Beacon Communications photos)
