AN ORDINANCE IN REGARDS TO THE PLACEMENT OF “NO PARKING EITHER SIDE” SIGNS ON BAYCLIFF AVENUE FROM SOMERSET ROAD TO BEACHWOOD DRIVE, ON LAKEDELL DRIVE BETWEEN BEACHWOOD DRIVE AND SOMERSET ROAD, ON ROSEDALE AVENUE, ON SAWYER AVENUE NORTH OF CHARLOTTE DRIVE, ON ROBERT AVENUE, ON HALE AVENUE, ON CHARLOTTE DRIVE FROM ROBERT AVENUE TO THE EASTERLY END OF CHARLOTTE DRIVE, AND A “NO PARKING THIS SIDE” SIGN ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF CHARLOTTE DRIVE FROM ROBERT AVENUE TO THE WESTERLY END OF CHARLOTTE DRIVE

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I: Chapter 76, Article IV, Subsection 76-192 of the City of Warwick Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following:

Sec. 76-192. Parking restrictions generally.

(c) No Parking Allowed. It shall be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to park the same:

[ . . .]

(2##) On either side of Baycliff Avenue from Beachwood Drive to Somerset Road only;

(2##) On either side of Lakedell Avenue from Beachwood Drive to Somerset Road where the streets intersect;

(2##) On either side of Rosedale Avenue;

(2##) On either side Sawyer Avenue north of Charlotte Drive;

(2##) On either side of Robert Avenue;

(2##) On either side of Hale Avenue;

(2##) On either side of the eastern portion of Charlotte Drive;

(2##) On the westerly portion of Charlotte Drive traveling west towards Sawyer Avenue.

Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
