AN ORDINANCE IN REGARDS TO ERECTING A “NO PARKING – BOAT LOADING AND UNLOADING ONLY” SIGN ON ROBERT AVENUE NORTH OF CHARLOTTE DRIVE

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I: Chapter 76, Article IV, Subsection 76-192 of the City of Warwick Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following:

Sec. 76-192. Parking restrictions generally.

(c) No Parking Allowed. It shall be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to park the same:

(2##) On either side of the portion of Robert Avenue north of Charlotte Drive, with the posted signs “No Parking – Boat Loading and Unloading Only.”

Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
