ORDINANCE IN REGARDS TO 12 “NO PARKING EITHER SIDE MAY 15^TH THRUE SEPTEMBER 15^TH” SIGNS TO BE PLACED ON THE MEDIAN ON STRAND AVENUE

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I: Chapter 76, Article IV, Subsection 76-192 of the City of Warwick Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following:

Sec. 76-192. Parking restrictions generally.

            (c) No Parking Allowed. It shall be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to park the same:

            (2##) On either side of the median on Strand Avenue from May 15^th to September 15^th. 

Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
