ORDINANCE IN REGARDS TO “TOW ZONE” ON STENDER BOULEVARD CONNECTING OAKLAND BEACH AND BURR AVE

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I: Chapter 76, Article IV, Subsection 76-192 of the City of Warwick Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following:

Sec. 76-192. Parking restrictions generally.

            (c) No Parking Allowed. It shall be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to park the same:

            (2##) Tow zone on Stender Boulevard.

Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
