STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING

AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON EITHER SIDE OF PENDER AVENUE FROM POLE #12 TO THE DEAD END

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I: Chapter 76, Article IV, Subsection 76-192 of the City of Warwick Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following:

Sec. 76-192. Parking restrictions generally.

(c) No Parking Allowed. It shall be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to park the same:

(###) On either side of Pender Avenue from Pole # 12 to the dead end.

Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as prescribed by law.
