STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING

AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON THE WEST SIDE OF LAUREN COURT ON SCHOOL DAYS BETWEEN 8:30 A.M. AND 9:30 A.M AND BETWEEN 2:30 P.M. AND 3:30 P.M.

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I: Chapter 76, Article IV, Subsection 76-192 of the City of Warwick Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following:

Sec. 76-192. Parking restrictions generally.

            (c) No Parking Allowed. It shall be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to park the same:

            […]

            (###) On the west side of Lauren Court on School Days between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., and between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as prescribed by law.
