STOPPING, STANDING AND PARKING

AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CASTLE ROCKS ROAD BETWEEN 133 AND 179 CASTLE ROCKS ROAD

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I: Chapter 76, Article IV, Subsection 76-192 of the City of Warwick Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following:

Sec. 76-192. Parking restrictions generally.

            (c) No Parking Allowed. It shall be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to park the same:

            […]

            (###) On the south side of Castle Rocks Road between 133 and 179 Castle Rocks Road.

Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as prescribed by law.
