AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WARWICK TO EXPAND THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA IN WHICH RETAIL SALES OF MARIJUANA AND RELATED PRODUCTS CAN OCCUR
THOUSAND LAKES, LLC, PETITIONER

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I. Appendix A, Zoning Section 300, Table 1 Use Regulations of the City of Warwick Code of Ordinances is hereby amended as follows, with numbered parenthesis representing the insertion of a footnote:

(29) Allowed only within selected areas of GB zone district along Route 2 between and including the intersections of Route 113 West Natick Road and Route 2, and Route 3 / Cowesett Road and Route 2.

Section II.  The Clerk of the Zoning Board of Review is hereby authorized and directed to cause said changes to be made within the Zoning Ordinance.

Section III.  This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as prescribed by law.
