AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF STAPLES AVENUE FROM THE INTERSECTION OF MIDGELY AVENUE SOUTHEASTWARD TO 70 STAPLES AVENUE

Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:

Section I: Chapter 76, Article IV, Subsection 76-192 of the City of Warwick Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following:

Sec. 76-192. Parking restrictions generally.

            (c) No Parking Allowed. It shall be unlawful for any operator of any vehicle to park the same:

            […]

            (###) On the southerly side of Staples Avenue from the intersection of Midgely Avenue southeastward to 70 Staples Avenue.

Section II: This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as prescribed by law.
