Patricia L. “Midge” (Furtado) Dalesandro, age 73, of Warwick, passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021, at Alpine Nursing Home in Coventry. She was the wife of Arthur L. Dalesandro.
Born in Providence, a daughter of Manuel T. Furtado of Warwick and the late Doris (Beal) Furtado, she lived in Warwick since 1971. Mrs. Dalesandro was employed as an assessor in the City of Warwick Tax Assessor’s office for 25 years, retiring in 2012. She enjoyed horseback riding, knitting, and completing puzzles. She was a member of the Senior Bowling League at Meadowbrook Lanes in Warwick.
In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by a son, Brian P. Dalesandro and his wife Meghan J. Dalesandro, of Bedford, NH; and two granddaughters, Carly J. Dalesandro and Leah P. Dalesandro. She was the sister of the late Donna M. Thomas.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, August 16, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon in the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick, with Words of Remembrance at 12 noon. Burial will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
