FROM STAFF REPORTS The Warwick boys hockey co-op won its opening round playoff match against Lincoln, 3-1 on Tuesday evening. Warwick took an early 2-0 lead in the first period however, the Lions would come back to score and cut the lead to 2-1 heading

Boys co-op gets playoff win

FROM STAFF REPORTS The Warwick boys hockey co-op won its opening round playoff match against Lincoln, 3-1 on Tuesday evening.

Warwick took an early 2-0 lead in the first period however, the Lions would come back to score and cut the lead to 2-1 heading into the final frame. Warwick would add some insurance in the third to hold off Lincoln and secure the victory.

Warwick’s goals were scored by Gerard Schifino, Max Savaria and Ryan Barlow while goalie Nathan O’Keefe finished with 28 stops in net. Cooper Grossguth, Ethan Pazzulo and Sean Noel all added assists in the win.
