DUI

At 2:48 a.m. on July 4, Cranston Police arrested Andy Luna, 32, of 38 Harold St., Providence, on charges of DUI (first offense) and Breathalyzer Refusal. The arrest was the result of an accident investigation at the intersection of Terrace Avenue and Webster Avenue. Luna awaited arraignment.

NO CONTACT ORDER VIOLATION

At 3:40 p.m. on July 3, Cranston Police arrested Edismel Benticuaba, 37, of 9363 Fontainebleau Blvd., Miami, Florida, on charges of violation of a No Contact Order, two Bench Warrants, and two Arrest Warrants. The arrest was the result of a Flock camera hit. Benticuaba was arraigned and remanded to the ACI.

DRUG POSSESSION

At 9:43 p.m. on July 1, Cranston Police arrested Elmer Rondon, 26, of 52 Urquhart St., Apt. 1, Cranston, on charges of Possession of Schedule I-V with Intent to Deliver, Simple Assault (three counts), Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Dyer Avenue and Elwyn Street. Rondon awaited arraignment.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

At 2:39 p.m. on July 3, Cranston Police arrested Ceasar Giron, 20, of 9103 Appleton St., Cranston, on charges of Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Legal or Illegal arrest. The arrest was the result of a 911 hang up. Giron was arraigned and released.

At 7:35 p.m. on June 30, Cranston Police arrested Joseph Baccarie, 53, of 13 Weaver St., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at the aforementioned address. Baccarie was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

At 5:56 p.m. on June 28, Cranston Police arrested David N. Francisco, 43, of 160 Broad St., Providence, on charges of Domestic Disorderly Conduct (one count). The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at 133 Dunedin St. Francisco was arraigned and transported to ACI Intake Violator.

WARRANT

At 7:44 a.m. on June 28, Cranston Police arrested Alyssa Goding, 31, of 30 Oaklawn Ave., Apt. 219, Cranston, on a Cranston Police Warrant for Domestic Simple Assault as a result of a warrant pick-up. Goding was transferred to Third District Court for arraignment.

SHOPLIFTING

At 12:22 p.m. on June 28, Cranston Police arrested Desiree K. Pope, 45, of 259 Thurbers Ave., Apt. D, Providence, on charges of Shoplifting as a result of a shoplifting call at Bob’s Store on Oaklawn Avenue. Pope was transferred to Third District Court for arraignment.
