Raymond N. Raiche, formerly of Warwick, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Friday, March 21, 2025, at the Rhode Island Veterans Home in Bristol. He was living his 100th year and was the beloved husband of the late Annette D. (Marquis) Raiche.

Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Diogene and Orise (Ferland) Raiche and the brother of the late Ruth Morin.

Ray was married to his beloved wife, Annette, for 74 years. They were parishioners of St. Timothy’s Church for 56 years and he was a member of St. Timothy’s Men’s Club. To say Ray experienced the “six degrees of separation” frequently would be an understatement, as the conversation never ended until a connection was uncovered.

He is survived by his daughter, Susan Creamer and her husband Joseph of Hope, RI; his son, David Raiche and his wife Sharon of West Warwick, RI ; five grandchildren, Scott Creamer, Jonathan Creamer and his wife Brooke, Stacey Tremblay and her husband Billy, Matthew Raiche and his wife Melissa and Amanda Caetano and her husband Jonathan and nine great-grandchildren (Bronte, Lindsay, Jackson, Sawyer, Adeline, Nicholas, Harper, Amelia and Griffin)

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. in the Barrett and Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Warwick, RI. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 p.m. in Our Lady of Czenstochowa Church, 445 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Interment with Military Honors will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
