Raymond G. “Ray” Hobin, age 80, passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2020.
Born in Providence, RI on January 30, 1940, he was the son of John M. & Mary (Collins) Hobin. Ray was a waiter for the Harbourside Lobstermania and 20 Water Street restaurants for over 50 years. He was an avid New York Yankees fan and a sports enthusiast in general.
Ray was the brother of the late Mary Goodman, Claire Deery, John Hobin, Dorothy Murphy, William Hobin, James Hobin, Kathleen Dannemann, and Robert Hobin. He leaves 32 nieces and nephews.
A memorial mass will be held in Raymond’s honor on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at St. Gregory the Great Church, 360 Cowesett Road, Warwick, Rhode Island 02886. All are invited to attend.
