Patricia A. Reilly, age 82, of Warwick, passed away on Friday, April 28, 2023, at Kent Hospital in Warwick. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Reilly, Jr. They were married for 58 years.
Patricia attended Salve Regina University, worked in caregiving, and was an artist whose creations are cherished by many.
Her proudest life accomplishment was being a mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
A beautiful soul who shared her love wherever she was. She had a strong unwavering passion to find the silver lining in every cloud.
She will be missed by many whose life she has touched. Her beauty will forever live on in the lessons of life she has taught by just being the woman she was.
She is survived by her children, Sandra E. Reilly of West Warwick, RI, Michael R. Reilly of Davie, FL, and Dianne M. Reilly of New Bedford, MA; a brother Charles Earley and his wife Becky of Shelby, NC; grandchildren Rob, Casey, Cole, Liam and Sophie; great-grandchildren Kaylee and Camden. She will also be missed by her children’s partners Joost During and Norma Warech; granddaughters-in-law Morgan and Stacy, as well as her brother-in-law Raymond Naughton Senior and many nieces and nephews whom she loved so much.
She was the sister of the late Kathleen Naughton and Eileen Labbadia.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, May 6, at 8:30 a.m. from the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Timothy Church, 1799 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Visiting hours will be on Friday, May 5, from 4-7 p.m. Burial will be in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Salvation Army of RI, Homes for the Troops, Kadesh Church in Fallston, NC, or the charity of your choice.
