In light of the recently relaxed COVID restrictions, the Rhode Island Youth Theater Ann O’Grady executive director has announced a tentative schedule of summer programs. The RIYT will resume in-person programs in July and August. More details regarding the number of students allowed in each program and other COVID specifics will be announced via the RIYT Facebook page and at www.riyt.org. The tentative schedule is as follows:
July 12-14, Teen Program: Shakespeare in the Park: A Midsummer Night’s Dream, location and times TBA.
August 2-6, ages 7-11: A Broadway Kids show, Warwick location.
August 2-13, ages 12-16: A Broadway Jr. show, Warwick location.
August 13-28, ages 7-14: a program in collaboration with the North Kingstown Recreation Department, location and times TBA.
