The Pilgrim boys lacrosse team continued to roll as it beat Providence Country Day 17-5 to improve to 6-0 this spring. Ethan Pezzullo and Braxton Bragg each scored five goals while Ryan Barlow recorded a hat trick. Charlie Clements scored a pair of goals while Kyle Menard and Brady Burke added one apiece.
Pilgrim 6, Lincoln 2
The Pilgrim baseball team stayed hot and picked up a win over Lincoln on Monday. Sean Gallagher, Jack McConnell and Dylan Roberts all recorded RBI while Colby Barker earned the win on the mound. Barker racked up nine strikeouts on the day.
Cumberland 10, Hendricken 4
The Cumberland baseball team traveled to Hendricken and handed the Hawks a 10-4 loss on Monday afternoon. Griffin Crain led the way for Hendricken going 3-for-3 at the plate.
The Bolts picked up a win over Toll Gate on Monday. Zach Scotti had a big day at the plate for the Titans, going 4-for-4 with five RBI. Andrew Wheeler, Zach DeCorpo and Brayden Adler-Maranhao chipped in runs as well.
Toll Gate beat the Bolts the previous game 5-2. Scotti scored two RBI while DeCorpo and Jamie Luna also chipped in runs. Brayden Ogden got the win on the mound.
Toll Gate 8, East Greenwich 1
The Titans improved to 6-1 this spring with a big win over East Greenwich on Tuesday. Honor Meunier led the Titans at the dish with three RBI while Julia Krause added two of her own. Also knocking in runs were Kathryn Motta, Julia Maker and Eliana Goldman.
Emma Harrold earned the win in the circle with 11 strikeouts.
