The Toll Gate girls volleyball team picked up a 3-0 sweep over Woonsocket on Monday.

Victoria Zisserson finished with five kills while Mary McNulty also added five kills. Cali Hidalgo-Stafford led the team in digs.

Toll Gate improved to 3-2 with the win and was back in action on Wednesday, but the results were not available at press time.

Mt. Hope 7, Pilgrim 3

Pilgrim dropped a tough DI battle on Tuesday night. Mackenzie Dailey led the Pats with a pair of scores while Lily Batchelor added another in the loss.

Toll Gate 1, East Providence 1

The Titans tied the Townies to keep pace in Division II. Emma Mcintyre scored the team’s lone goal while Shinyu Vega picked up the assist. Alanna Pereira finished with 13 saves in net.

Pilgrim 3, Shea 1

The Pats improved to 4-2 with a win over the Raiders on Tuesday night. Haiden Riess led Pilgrim with a pair of goals while Alex Rodrigues scored another to pace the Patriot offense. Chris Williams racked up nine saves in net to earn the victory.

Hendricken 1, East Providence 0

The Hawks edged the Townies in a close win earlier this week. Brent Karpowich scored the team’s lone goal while Tristan Boyns picked up the assist.
