Cars lined up on West Shore Road in Tuesday’s night’s rain as voters waited to drive by the Gristmill road home of independent mayoral candidate Frank Picozzi to sign his nomination papers qualifying him as a candidate. Citywide candidates need the signatures of 200 registered Warwick voters to be qualified. Joining Picozzi, seen getting signatures, were School Committee candidates David Testa and Karen Bachus. Picozzi said about 300 people signed his papers. (Warwick Beacon photos)
