When will it ever stop?

The ongoing replacement of natural gas mains on West Shore Road from Wilde’s Corner west has narrowed traffic to a single lane on multiple occasions leaving motorists to question when the construction will end and when it does will the road be repaved. Answers from National Grid were less than definitive. A spokesman for the company said the work would be completed over the next several months. A section near Wilde’s Corner will get repaved from curb to curb but that’s not the case for the rest of the affected roadway.
