NOTICE

TO: The Heirs, Devisees, and Legal Representatives of Lewis W. Rounds:

WHEREAS a civil action has begun against you in our Superior Court of Kent County by Paula Kendall and William Rounds, in their capacity as Co-Conservators of the Estate of Christine Chabre, wherein they seek a declaratory judgment to quiet title to the real property situated at 3081 Post Road, Warwick, Rhode Island 02886.

It is ORDERED that notice of this suit be given to the Heirs, Devisees, and Legal Representatives of Lewis W. Rounds, by publishing in the Warwick Beacon, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Warwick and State of Rhode Island, once per week for three successive weeks, and that the final publication to be at least 20-days before said return day.

We COMMAND YOU if you intend to make any defense, that on or before the 20 days after the last publication, or within such further time as the law allows, you do cause your written pleading to be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court at Kent in the County of Kent, in said State of Rhode Island, and further that you defend against said suit according to law if you intend any defense, and that you do and receive what the Court shall order and adjudge therein.

Hereof fail not, as your peril, or as otherwise said suit may be adjudged and orders entered in your absence.
