The Centers for Disease Control is out pimping the Flu Shot and most of you get it with Thimerosal. It’s going to be a bad flu season they say…I hear this every year. “Five people have died so far … therefore it is vital that you get this shot asap.” “Danger Mr. Smith, the Sky is Falling.”

Give me a break. How many people who haven’t had the flu shot get sick? How many die? How many people who have had the flu shot get sick, and die? Where are the studies? There aren’t any! Where are the studies by the CDC?

Over the last 10 years, I have read and listened to hundreds of studies, articles and firsthand knowledge. My sister’s children, my niece and her only brother were normal until around 18 months when they each had an MMR and got lesions on their bellies and high fevers. My sister couldn’t believe it, almost a two-year difference between the two and they BOTH had developed autism. My niece has been institutionalized as being an autistic servant. Her brother is autistic but more on the side of PDD. Both changed and it was within a couple of days of receiving the shot. I won’t even touch the Alzheimer’s or dementia, as they have had an increase of over 500 percent in the last 20 years. Stats reflect chances of becoming autistic are so much higher than the reality. No, I do not have my Ph.D., but I do have a pediatrician who considers the research and data I bring forward and has changed her opinion somewhat in providing families with a compromised immune deficiency in some way, with the option to have one of the 1,000 non-mercury flu shots she orders and administers to families she feels should consider. Doctors, lawyers and accountants are not Gods. They too make mistakes, ergo are human. I have had all of our medical records changed to reflect allergic to Thimerosal (a.k.a. mercury). None of us will ever have a flu shot, but should we get a Tetanus shot or other unknown, they are not allowed mercury. I worked firsthand with Dr. F. Edward Yazbak, MD, FAAP, Wendy Fournier of the National Autism Association and Rep. Peter Palumbo (two children, both autistics) on legislation for six years to eliminate Thimerosal from children’s vaccines. Sadly, it went nowhere, except the rate of incidence in children becoming afflicted grew higher. Where is the alarm button? If we had robberies increase at this rate, wouldn’t we remedy the situation immediately? I don’t care how bad they pimp it to be, my kids and I will never get another flu shot again. I stopped after Olivia’s first shot, as she was pretty sick. We only got it because the daycare said it was mandatory. Now, of course, they have the nasal mist, which doesn’t contain any mercury, so this should be your alternative if you feel you must get it. However, I feel we need to build our immune system. We get other vaccines, but NEVER anything containing Ethylmercury*...including Tetanus. Take a moment to read about Ethylmercury. This is super important that you educate yourself in knowing what your family members (young and old) are pumping into them. Simply said, don’t go to that clinic for the “free shot” and go to your doctor and have the one without the Thimerosal. This recent German study of 8,000 unvaccinated children(http://annedachel.com/2012/12/09/german-study-of-8000-unvaccinated-children/) is followed by another study by Investigative Reporter/Author Dan Olmsted. This study of 30,000-plus unvaccinated Amish living in Lancaster, Penn., revealed startling results. Sadly, the CDC has cried they are unable to find a large enough group to study here in the U.S. The good news is that at the recent Congressional Autism Hearings, it was, perhaps, one of the most bipartisan get-togethers Capitol Hill has witnessed in years. Republicans and Democrats calmly turned their sights on the federal policymakers, launching an unexpected barrage of questions about the impact of mercury on children, the intensity of the vaccine schedule and the safety of simultaneously giving six to nine immunizations to an infant. It seems Congress will now start paying attention to what big pharma is doing, because a lot of people are sick and big pharma is cashing in on our expense. Autism has touched many families now in Congress. You may feel I am directly blaming mercury for the explosion; however I feel its formula culminates with many variables such as ingredients we in America allow in all skin products, fillers in vitamins, growth hormones in foods, environmental factors, etc. Do you know that Oil of Olay moisturizer you use is completely different when manufactured here than for consumers in Europe? That’s right; they have over 1,300 banned ingredients whereas we have only 10. Factor in silo testing. I could bore you with facts like “long-term studies,” which they don’t do and studies of “cause and effect” of several ingredients together.

Fact, Johnson & Johnson and Wal-Mart (Equate brand) were sued in 2010 for listing a banned product that is a known carcinogen in their baby wash. Remember, we have only 10 and Asbestos isn’t on that list! The Campaign for Safe Cosmetics and the EWG state the EU has banned 1,342 cosmetic ingredients, whereas the U.S. has only banned 10. Thimerosal is the preservative of choice for vaccine manufacturers. First introduced by Eli Lilly and Company in the late 1920s and early 1930s, the company began selling it as a preservative in vaccines in the 1940s. Thimerosal contains 49.6 percent mercury by weight and is metabolized or degraded into ethylmercury and thiosalicylate. Mercury, or more precisely, ethylmercury, is the principle agent that kills contaminants. Unfortunately, mercury also kills much more than that. The Department of Defense classifies mercury as a hazardous material that could cause death if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Studies indicate that mercury tends to accumulate in the brains of primates and other animals after they are injected with vaccines. Mercury poisoning has been linked to cardiovascular disease, autism, seizures, mental retardation, hyperactivity, dyslexia and many other nervous system conditions. That’s why the FDA rigorously limits exposure to mercury in foods and drugs. Some common sources of mercury include dental amalgam fillings, various vaccines and certain fish contaminated by polluted ocean waters. The toxicity of mercury has never been in question. The real question is precisely how much mercury-laced thimerosal is toxic, and what are the possible consequences for our children at low doses?

Eli Lilly and Co. supposedly answered this question for us back in 1930. Concluding thimerosal to be of “a very low order of toxicity ... for man,” the company hired its own doctors to perform thimerosal experiments in Indianapolis City Hospital on meningitis patients during a severe outbreak in 1929. This 60-year-old evidence was still quoted on the company’s brochures as recently as 1990. Andrew Waters, who is involved in a lawsuit against Eli Lilly, claims that most critical studies on the toxicity of thimerosal were suppressed by the company until now.

Banned around the world, but not in the United States; that might explain why thimerosal was eliminated in many countries 20 years ago. In 1977, a Russian study found that adults exposed to ethylmercury, the form of mercury in thimerosal, suffered brain damage years later. Studies on thimerosal poisoning also describe tubular necrosis and nervous system injury, including obtundation, coma and death. As a result of these findings, Russia banned thimerosal from children’s vaccines in 1980. Denmark, Austria, Japan, Great Britain and all the Scandinavian countries have also banned the preservative.
