You are like a lighthouse that sees us through the storm

You light the way and guide us and keep us safe from harm

Among the plenty drifting through the sea of life

you keep us safe from danger in life's undue strife

together with the buoy and the sea song that she sings

that navigate the waters for all the unseen things

we all need social distancing and that means being apart

but don’t let this distract you from what you're feeling in your heart

we all are making sacrifices but this we can endure

to keep us safe throughout this until we find a cure

we will all get through this with the beacon you shine bright

with the setting sun each and every night

we all will be together when the storm is gone

and hopefully remember we were all as one.
