Former Warwick Mayor and retired Supreme Court Justice Frank Flaherty and current Warwick Mayor Frank Picozzi posed for a photo with the legendary Mayor’s Medallion, which was presented to the City of Warwick, RI, USA, by the Borough of Warwick, England.
