Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing, will be held at the City Hall Annex, (Sawtooth Building) Community Room located at 65 Centerville Road, Warwick, RI, on Wednesday, October 9,2024 beginning at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider, and the Planning Board may vote, on Preliminary Plan approval for consideration of a Minor Land Development - Unified Development Review Project before the Planning Board. The Applicant is proposing a gas filling station at the BJ's Wholesale Club at 375 East Ave.
