Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing, will be held at the City Hall Annex located at 35 Centerville Road, Warwick, RI on Wednesday January 8th, 2025, beginning at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of the hearing is to consider, and the Planning Board will vote on, a Preliminary Minor Land Development Application with Planning Board acting as a Unified Development Review Board. Applicant’s current car wash operation exists by Special Use Permit, accordingly, the building addition requires a further Special Use Permit.
