Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held, and a vote may be taken at the City of Warwick, Sawtooth Annex Community Room, 65 Centerville Road, Warwick, RI on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 beginning at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a Minor Subdivision/Unified Development for Preliminary Approval. The Applicant proposes to reconfigure (8) eight lots to create (5) five lots for development; (2) two lots meeting and exceeding the requirement of the Zoning Ordinance, for the development of single-family dwellings, (1) one lot for development of a single-family dwelling with less than required secondary frontage, and (2) two lots meeting and exceeding the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance for the development of a Duplex on each lot.
The Planning Board acting as a Unified Development Review Board will make two motions; one under RIGL 45-23-60 findings of fact, minor land development/subdivision, and the other under Zoning Section 906.3.C Special Use Permit standards for relief.
