Notice is hereby given that a Public Informational Meeting will be held, and a vote may be taken at the City of Warwick, Sawtooth Annex Community Room, 65 Centerville Road, Warwick, RI on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 beginning at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of the Public Informational Meeting is to consider Major Land Development/Subdivision Master Plan and Reinstatement of Approval. The Applicant proposed to merge (3) three existing lots totaling 31,265 sf, to create (1) one lot to provide for the development of a new retail gas facility, with a convenience store and a 96’x26’ canopy over four (4) fuel dispensers, in a General Business (GB) Zoning District.
