Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing, will be held at the City Hall Annex, (Sawtooth Building) Community Room located at 65 Centerville Road, Warwick, RI, on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 beginning at 6:00 P.M.  The purpose of the public hearing is to consider, and the Planning Board may vote, on a Master Plan Application for a Major Land Development. The Applicant is proposing to construct 177 residential units within two buildings, with associated parking and stormwater drainage infrastructure.
