Westbay Community Action Construction Bid Invitation to Bid

INVITATION TO BID 216-226 Buttonwoods Avenue, Warwick, RI, replacement of siding and gutters at Westbay Community Action Administrative Offices.   Westbay is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of siding and gutters located Westbay Community Action, 216-226 Buttonwoods Avenue, Warwick, RI 02886.  A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, November 7, 2024, AT 10:00 AM at Westbay Community Action, 216-226 Buttonwoods Avenue, Warwick, RI 02886.  The project specifications and bid package requirements will be provided at the mandatory pre-bid conference.

Bids must be received at 224 Buttonwoods Avenue Warwick, RI by 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 21, 2024, and will be publically opened that day at 10:00 AM.  Bids must be sealed and properly labeled.  Emailed, faxed, or unsealed bids will not be accepted.  Bids should be labeled:  Westbay Community Action Administration Office 224 Buttonwoods Avenue Warwick, RI 02886 – Westbay Community Action Administrative Offices Construction Bid.

This is a Federally Funded project. The contractor and subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 2 CFR 200, Build America Buy America (“BABA), Davis-Bacon Act, Non-Discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Sam.gov Registration, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act, and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents.
