What is your favorite spot in Rhode Island?
An aisle seat at Trinity, Gamm, 2nd Story, Vets, PPAC, The Park, or any of the great theatre venues in Rhode Island.

What do you do on your days off?
At my age, (74) every day is a day off. When I'm not writing and reviewing plays, concerts, movies, and restaurants, I'm on the golf course, tennis court, or swimming in the Cranston Y pool.

What is your dream vacation?
My dream vacation is any beach in the world where I can swim and snorkel. The South Pacific is as good as it gets. Having been on every continent except Antarctica, I dream of visiting the polar bears and
penguins there.

If you were on death row, what would your last meal be?
If I were awaiting my last meal on death row, I would want baked stuffed shrimp with mashed potatoes in the middle and a Bloody Mary from Twin Oaks.

If you weren't in journalism, what would you do for a living?
Actually my "real job" until retirement was in
Association Management, working for the Boy Scouts, Chamber of Commerce, and associations for Psychologists and Pharmacists. In my next life, I want to be a jazz pianist.
