Report Inappropriate Comments

Mr. Gifford, you say don't paint everyone with the same brush? The same person who the comment before said "summer laborers are useless". Sounds like you should take your own advice. I don't doubt you served this city well, my point was if you worked with these kids and they were " useless" perhaps you could've done more to address the problem. I support people who work for this city, and the services provided, which is why I took offense to you ripping 16 year old kids as useless.
