PCR-30 -07 - A Resolution relative to permitting Public Comment at

Description: An amendment to the Council Rules will permit a limited amount of time at the first City Council Regular scheduled monthly meeting for any individual to comment on any issues other than those being addressed at committee meetings or through Ordinance or Resolution, provided they sign up for public commend prior to the meeting.
