Dear Dan,
The money will end up in the general fund I am sure.
I am as sure of that as I am that
1. the state income tax was NOT "temporary".
2. The Lottery profits were NOT going to schools.
3. The state sales tax would NOT stay 1% and would NOT at all be "temporary".
I am against toll booths. They are really only "tax booths."
