According to my research, real estate taxes have gone up for every homeowner in Warwick. Every homeowner except one: Mayor Scott Avedisian who is the owner of 200 Atlantic Ave. His "assessed" value decreased to $158,300 which made his taxes go down. His "appraised " value, according to Eppraisal, an unbiased on-line evaluation company, is $275,000.

If you think taxes should go up for everyone except the Mayor please vote for him. If, like me, you feel taxes should go up when values do, and taxes should go down when values go down then please vote for me. I will use an unbiased method like Eppraisal or Zillow to determine values when I am Mayor.
